A dam gate seal is typically made of rubber or elastomeric material fixed along the edges of a gate. When the gate is closed, the seal gets compressed against a sealing surface, forming a watertight barrier.

• Most commonly used

• Looks like the letter “J”

🧪 Materials Used

Dam gate seals are usually made from:
